This place is a trendy, clean hotel with large rooms, a friendly staff that offers free wake-up calls and ironing services, and also features a restaurant on a terrace.

Beautifully designed hotel, all of the staff were decent and helpful, particularly good location in the middle of jackson. Location adjacent to a restaurant and bar, and the amphitheater. For tea or coffee visit Peet's Coffee & Tea nearby.

We loved the stylish decor and spacious areas such as the bar and terrace. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were of excellent quality. All staff members were welcoming, efficient and professional, making us feel right at home in this city.

During my xmas stay, I enjoyed the well-decorated and specious restaurant and bar areas of the hotel. Both were relaxing and perfect for catching up with friends. the hotel was conveniently located, as it was close to key attractions in the area. the beds were very comfortable, providing a good night's sleep.

There were some issues during my stay that impacted the overall experience. I found the lack of amenities in the room frustrating - there was no fridge or microwave for guests to use.

Likes the hotel has great decor with calming and relaxing colors that feel welcoming. the beds are comfortable which made for a good night's rest. the staff was always professional and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. We were also able to take advantage of the hotel's excellent location in the city.

Worst aspects Unfortunately, our experience at the hotel was not ideal. the staff was not consistently helpful and it felt like the hotel was not fully prepared.
